The autumn semester is coming. In order to earnestly implement and timely do a good job in school canteen management and food safety work, further enhance the canteen staff's awareness of food safety responsibility and standardized operation ability, on the morning of 31st August, Anqing Foreign Language School conducted food safety training for all canteen staff.
To be concrete, Principal Lu Dan attended the training session and delivered a keynote speech in which he put forward the key words as follows: carefulness, service, cooperation and return. Principal Lu Dan asked everyone to work hard, work together, and keep food safety in mind. Afterwards, Director Xu Hong of the Catering Department gave the staff a pre-job training. Specifically, she offered detailed explanation and all-round guidance in terms of incoming goods inspection, demand for certificates and tickets, food processing control, tableware cleaning and disinfection, environmental sanitation cleaning and other aspects.
In summary, the staff who participated in the training listened carefully and learned relevant knowledge, which further strengthened the safety consciousness, and ensured the food safety of teachers and students so that we would make unremitting efforts to build a harmonious and safe campus together.
